NGS Library QC

The QIAxcel Connect Gel capillary gel electrophoresis system offers high analytical sensitivity, convenience and cost effectiveness in a single instrument:

  • Get high-resolution, high-sensitivity assessment of NGS libraries to ensure high- quality and reliable sequencing outcomes.
  • The instrument fully automates fragment analysis and QC of up to 96 libraries per run and mitigates manual intervention errors by employing ready-to-use gel cartridges and preprogrammed run methods.
  • Each QIAxcel gel cartridge can process hundreds of libraries, making it cost-efficient with a lower cost per library processed.
NGS library was prepared from genomic DNA (Escherichia coli) using a QIAseq FX DNA Library Kit
NGS library QC results. An NGS library prepared from genomic DNA was analyzed using the QIAxcel Connect instrument and QIAxcel DNA High Sensitivity Kit (expected library size was 200--600 bp). Analysis was done to ensure library size is within a respective acceptance criteria.

PCR Fragment Analysis
