ipsogen MLL Standards可用于Rotor-Gene Q实时定量荧光PCR分析仪或其他real-time PCR仪的real-time PCR实验。这些即用型质粒DNA标准品已经过优化，能够对MLL融合基因转录本进行可靠、灵敏的定量检测。

原理

ipsogen MLL Standards是极其稳定的质粒DNA，其设计符合欧洲抗癌协会（Europe Against Cancer，简称EAC）的推荐。这些标准品可通过用含有靶基因的已知浓度质粒DNA稀释液生成标准曲线，而准确的定量检测MLL融合基因转录本的拷贝数。ipsogen MLL Standards包含特定MLL融合基因的5个稀释液。稀释液中每5 μl分别含有10¹、10²、10³、10⁵和10⁶个拷贝。

应用

ipsogen MLL Standards采用real-time PCR技术，对MLL融合基因转录本进行可靠、灵敏的检测。
